Our kitchenfree evening during high season
During high season (beginning of june - end of october) we allowe us to have an evening off from cooking.
As a rule, we are not cooking on wednesday evenings from june untill end of october at Le Clos Colas - so we ask our guest to have dinner in one of the nearby restaurants! Naturally, we have recommandations and we can also help to do the table reservation...
But there are some exceptions. Wednesday evenings in summer 2024, when table d'hôtes will take place:
- 19.06. table d'hôtes will take place, but instead of wednesday, we are having our evening off on tuesday 18.06.
- 26.06. table d'hôtes will take place
- 17.07. table d'hôtes will take place
Naturally, on a view occation, we will only set us free from cocking and will enjoy eating out togheter with our guest, for example september 18, when we all go out for Moules et Frites.
During winter from begin of november till end of may, we also cock on wednesday evenings
Indulgence – Chambre d’hôtes & Table d’hôtes
Breakfast buffet between 9:00 - 11:00 or by agreement
Hospitality is our business. Each morning will greet you with a hearty breakfast. No wish shall be left unfulfilled. Enjoy local specialities, fresh regional juices, and an egg from Anitas henhouse.
Each day, different delights await, like a fruit pie made with fruit from our garden. You are welcome to help yourself to these in our kitchen; that is if you chose not to explore the region or having lunch on one of the many nearby restaurants.
After a day on the beach or in the nearby countryside, we’ll serve a pleasant aperitif. You can discover Maik’s knowledge of famous drinks, or one of his own creations. Later, we’ll settle into our comfortable dining room, with open fire for a meal of several delicious courses.
The house wines we serve, whether red or white, are certainly worth tasting.
Naturally you’ll find in our cellar further wine specialities, which are there to be discovered.
Evening Menu
Aperitif - Appetizer or soup - maybe a "trou normand" (sorbet with Calvados)
Main course - cheese - dessert
